Ohio Screw Products parts cleaning operation encompasses multiple systems including trichloroethylene and aqueous, which provides the right cleaning process based on parts and their specific application.

Finishing

Ohio Screw Products offers finishing operations including centerless grinding, drilling, tapping, threading, milling, stamping, and broaching, as well as assembly.

Tooling

The OSP tooling department offers 2 and 4 axis wire EDM capabilities for accuracy and quick turn-around, ensuring shorter lead times and better control.
