Marion Manufacturing’s “open arms attitude” toward women in manufacturing was recently recognized in an article published in The Hartford Business Journal. The article tells the story of Hannah Lenoce, an apprentice toolmaker at Marion Manufacturing that owner Doug Johnson encouraged, mentored, and eventually hired.
